What is Yoga Exercise and Benefits of yoga


Balance of body and mind is yoga. Yoga considered very essential for healthy life. The word yoga is made from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj', which means to connect in which body is work of bringing mind and soul together. International yoga day is celebrated on 21st June. Yoga is done in many countries around the world. Yoga is in vogue for more than 10,000 years.

Yoga has many type of poses ( type of yoga exercise ) which give immense benefits to our body by doing everyday. Doing yoga keeps the body energizing the body and making the body free from diseases. Doing yoga strengthens our immune system. Doing yoga 20 minutes a day helps the body retain energy. It increase mental strength and has a good impact on the mind and be done yoga while taking stress then the stress is remove and doing yoga keeps the mind calm.

Benefits of yoga:
Doing yoga gives us lots of beneficial to us as doing yoga gives us good health. it enhances our body's strength from the in side and out side. Yoga offers a lots of benefits, such as relaxation of stress, good sleep, good appetite, digestion is a healthy one, and gives us strength to fight a variety of diseases.

7. Doing yoga makes the mind always happy.

What is the right way to do yoga and at what time to do. how should do. also we will talk.

1. The right time of yoga at sunrise and sunset

2. Start should start only from easy rugs

3. Yoga is start should do in easy easy posture.

4. You must take bath before doing yoga.

5. Bad thought should be remove from mind while doing yoga.

6. Concentrate your mind only on yoga practice.

7. Should do yoga only in casual clothes.

8. Yoga should always do empty stomach.

9. Don't put too much emphasis on your body while doing yoga.

10. Don't do yoga without doctor advice if you are patient.

11. Yogasana  should do in open and fresh air.

12. Do not eat food after yoga at least half an hour.
