3) Vitamin A is very important vitamin for our eyes. Vitamin A are found in green leafy vegetables. Therefor we should eat green vegetables, like Spinach, Mint, Fenugreek etc. Green vegetables provides more benefits these are good for health and the eyes remain beautiful and glow.
4) We should drink 8 to 10 glass of water in a day. and the eyes should be washed with water 4 or 5 time a day
5) Exercise of the eyes gives many benefits. Doing eye exercise daily provide strengthens the eye muscles and nervous system of our eyes. exercise like example- Relaxation Exercise, Eyes Blinking, Roll the Eyes, Sarvangasana, Twitching Eyes, Focus on Point etc. These ways make our eyes beautiful and healthy.
