Yeas are an important part of our body and the first attraction of the beautiful face is the yeas. Today, most of us spend a prolonged period of time using laptops and mobile our eyes from getting weaker. Your eyes are your windows to the word, so it is very important to take care of them. Develop good habit of take care of eyes.


So today we're going to tell you how to make your eyes look beautiful and healthy.


1) Cucumber is very useful to remove the fatigue and irritation of the eyes. It works to relieve irritation and give them chills. This will relax the eyes as well as brighten the skin.


2) Washing your eyes with water every two hours prevents moisture from leaving your eyes. The pollution of the surrounding also effects our eyes. That is why we should wash our eyes again and again.


3) Vitamin A is very important vitamin for our eyes. Vitamin A are found in green leafy vegetables. Therefor we should eat green vegetables, like Spinach, Mint, Fenugreek etc. Green vegetables provides more benefits these are good for health and the eyes remain beautiful and glow.


4) We should drink 8 to 10 glass of water in a day. and the eyes should be washed with water 4 or  5 time a day


5) Exercise of the eyes gives many benefits. Doing eye exercise daily provide strengthens the eye muscles and nervous system of our eyes. exercise like example- Relaxation Exercise, Eyes Blinking, Roll the Eyes, Sarvangasana, Twitching Eyes, Focus on Point etc. These ways make our eyes beautiful and healthy.

Pranayama is a part of yoga the meaning of the yoga is addition that concentrate the body and mind together and in one place. Pranayama is generally considered the process of breath control. Pranayama is made up of the combination of two words:  Prana and Ayama. Maharishi Patanjali has placed pranayama in the fourth place in ashtanga yoga. So pranayama is meant for the lengthening and then control of the breath.

Five Type of Pranayama Asanas which should be done in the Morning:

1) Kapalbhati Pranayama

The word kapalbhati pranayama is derived from the sanskrit language. kapal means the forehead and bhati it means light. Regular kapalbhati can use a person to glow in the face. Kapalbhati pranayama with practice to rejuvenate the function of the head and brain. During kapalbhati pranayama when you exhale your breath, a lot of toxic substances would come out the body.
